Today marks the first day eating the Clean Cuisine way. The FIRST week is to slowly introduce the new foods that will be a part of the 8 week program.
This week, I will be eating mostly salad, vegetables sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and lots of fruit. The whole carb is kale, arugula, romaine lettuce and any dark green veggies.
I will keep posting as I go along and let you know how it goes and what I'm learning from this experience.

My husband loves the discovery of new wine. We'll see how he likes the one I found today at Trader Joe's that has a note of strawberry. It's called Santa Maria Valley. I look forward to tonight to end my day with a handsome hubby and a glass of wine.
